Chemist Referral Program Policy & Legal Terms

Statutory Regulatory Framework | Indian Contract Act, 1872
Software Validity Extension (+20 Days)
Statutory Legal Declaration:

The PharmaFlow Chemist Referral Program is a promotional goodwill initiative offered strictly at the discretion of PharmaFlow India. Its sole purpose is to encourage registered retail chemists to invite fellow pharmacists. This program is NOT an investment scheme, financial commission agency, multi-level marketing (MLM), or cash reward system.

1. Referral Code Structure (3 Letters + 4 Digits)

Each registered pharmacist is assigned a unique personal referral code structured as the first 3 letters of their registered name (in uppercase) + a 4-digit unique numeric suffix (e.g., BAL7291, AMI4829). This code is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be leased or auctioned.

2. Reward Nature: Zero Cash Value & Non-Convertible

3. Mandatory 7-Day Retention Verification Rule

7-Day Retention & Anti-Fraud Requirement:

When a new chemist registers using your referral code, your Referral Diary will record the event in Pending Verification (7-Day Trial in Progress) status. The +20 days reward is credited to your store license strictly after 7 full calendar days of active account verification. If the referred account is cancelled, found fraudulent, or duplicate within the 7-day window, no reward will be credited.

4. Prohibition of Fraud & Abuse

The following activities constitute a material breach and will result in the immediate voiding of all accrued referral credits and account termination:

  1. Self-Referral: Registering duplicate accounts using secondary phone numbers, email aliases, or simulated identities belonging to the same licensee.
  2. Device / Hardware Spoofing: Creating automated or repeated trial signups on the same physical terminal, computer, or POS device.
  3. Unsolicited Spam: Distributing referral codes via unauthorized SMS blasts, mass email spamming, or fraudulent advertisements.

5. Provider Modification & Termination Rights

PharmaFlow India reserves the absolute unilateral right under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, adjust reward days, or revoke credits for any suspicious account at any time without prior notice or financial liability.

6. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising from this program shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by PharmaFlow India. Both parties waive any right to file or participate in class-action or consumer forum litigations.
